Kitchen Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our Back of House team in a fast-paced, casual full-service restaurant. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, take pride in building strong teams, and are passionate about delivering consistently great food—we want to meet you.
High-volume BOH management experience is strongly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do-
Lead and manage daily BOH operations

Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation

Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff

Create and manage schedules (flexibility required; late nights included)

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service

BOH leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and team-building skills

Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented

Comfortable working evenings and late nights

Approximately 45 hours per week
