Franco's on Magazine is currently seeking a qualified Member Services Team Member. As a Member Services Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Franco's classes, products, and services. Proactively meets the needs of members and accurately answer questions.

***Great opportunity for students (located in the Lower Garden District, not far from Loyola and Tulane University)


  • Part-time Opener: 4:30am-10:00am (1-2 shifts per week available)
  • Part-time Closer: 5:00pm-10:00pm (2-3 shifts per week available)
  • Weekend Rotation: Sat 6:30am-1:00pm, 1:00pm-7:00pm / Sun 8:30am-1:00pm / 1:00pm-6:00pm (One shift at most)


  • Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Attentively and promptly respond to member needs
  • Admit members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately respond to messages regarding their membership account
  • Enter sales transactions for members, including program, service and another point of sale payments
  • Process member paperwork, including address changes, member cancellations, new members, electronic funds transfers, and payments
  • Answers and transfers phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED preferred 
  • Minimum of six months customer service experience
  • Minimum of six months of reception experience preferred
