Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly and with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual and fluent in English/Spanish (oral and written) required.
- Self-disciplined and timely.
- Proficient in To-Do list apps and Calendar sites.
- Ability and Willingness to take notes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to independently prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must enjoy customer service and have good phone skills.
- The position requires minimum travel in San Juan area
Job Description:
- Update and manage documents, spreadsheets, executive's calendar, to-do apps, phones, e-mails, postal mail, website, and social media.
- Coordinate mailing of postcards to clients and prospects.
- Confirm appointments with all parties before events.
- Complete and generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist with purchasing and inventory management
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting management team with goals and objectives.
- Take notes of meetings and follow up with action items through relevant calendar and to-do apps.
- Other relevant administrative assistant tasks as needed.
