Part Time Barista
Location: McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave., Victoria, BC V8P 5P2
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our Root Cellar Team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for contributing to a welcoming, friendly, and high-quality customer experience through exceptional service, superior beverage preparation, and upkeep of store appearance.
- Provide enthusiastic and engaging customer service.
- Craft specialty beverages to a high-quality standard.
- Gain product knowledge to advise customers better.
- Contribute to a welcoming and efficient work environment.
- Accurately perform cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and cleanliness policies and procedures.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Cash-handling accuracy.
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings and mid-day shifts during the week and on weekends. Approximately 20 to 30 hours.
