Marketing Assistant PRN - ADM 25010
Primary Purpose:
Marketing Assistant assists with the initial contact with clients and process initial referrals, produces reports and materials related to marketing and client services.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other database software
- Ability to enter data accurately and timely.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Primary Duties (Essential Functions):
- Assist with producing initial database of service providers including data entry and data management.
- Assist with initial client calls, collects specific information about client and their specific needs, then enter information in database, and forward to the appropriate registered nurse or social worker for proper follow up
- Schedule appointments with potential referral sources. Assist with preparation and presenting educational programs and attend appropriate functions to build new contacts and referral sources.
Assist
Program Director on marketing and all other projects as needed.

Working Conditions:
- Talking: Must frequently convey details or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly.
- Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
- Repetitive Motions: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and /or fingers. Expect to spend lots of time at a computer.
- Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, drive, and operate a camera.
- Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
