Director of Operations- Catering

The Director of Operations-Catering, is responsible for growing sales and managing labor within the catering operations and restaurant catering operations. The Director of Operations will oversee staff & location cleanliness, prioritizes high guest satisfaction and food & drink quality across the network of catering kitchens. Responsible for ensuring smooth service that meets the steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Expectations:
-Responsible for monitoring scheduling and ensuring every manager has shifts covered at each location
- Oversees the maintenance cleanliness, sanitation and food safety and appearance of each restaurant
- Improving Service levels through building Guest Rapport and Attention to Detail
-Ongoing Training/Coaching with Staff to maintain high levels of Service and Menu Knowledge
-Monitoring Labor & Shift Expectations to ensure Financial Performance within the Restaurant
-Following and Enforcing Opening & Closing Procedures
-Ensuring all monies are accounted for and enforcing proper cash handling amongst employees
-Executing & Delegating Daily & Weekly Side-Work Duties amongst staff
-Working with the General Managers to Organize & Run Quarterly Deep Cleaning
-Recognizing staff skills and strengths and coaching accordingly
-Assisting GM’s in diffusing customer complaints and ensuring every guest has a great experience
-Work Closely GM’s ensure timely & high-quality food delivery
-Continually communicate with all GM’s and leadership team
-Attend Leadership Meetings
