The Director of Operations-Catering, is responsible
for growing sales and managing labor within the catering operations and restaurant catering operations. The Director of Operations will oversee staff & location cleanliness,
prioritizes high guest satisfaction and food & drink quality across the
network of catering kitchens. Responsible for ensuring smooth service that meets the
steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
