Being an Experience Lead at Your 3rd Spot, according to our Experience Lead, Kennedy:


What is an Experience Lead: You put yourself in the guest’s shoes and guide them through the experience. We show them how to have the most fun so they can create a memory that will last forever.

Best Part of the job: Seeing everyone’s face when they walk in the venue. Nobody really expects it to look as great as the pictures, but it’s always better! Making guests feel celebrated and special is the best. 

Hardest Part of the job: Come in ready. There is no way to know what to expect because there is no place like this. Focus on controlling what you can control.  Good time management is a must. Your team is counting on you, and you don’t want to let them down. We’re a family. You never want to disappoint your family.

Advice to someone joining the team:Understand the culture and what it means to be empowered, what it means to deliver great hospitality!

Open yourself up to new ways of doing things and understand that we all still have much to learn. Be willing to take criticism and work on your “hard things” as well.

Last but certainly not least, HAVE FUN! Drop those nerves and let go, we’re here for you always!

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degrees & Certifications are great, but not required.

  • Can work in a team environment, showcases good time management, guest service oriented and trustworthy

  • 30+ hours per work week

  • Professional dress code during working hours

  • Day & evening availability with the ability to work special events

  • Must have reliable transportation
