Events Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced professional to act as the event manager for our industry conferences and related events throughout the year. As a member of the marketing team, you will develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (email, display ad, mobile, web, social) to drive attendance and engagement. The successful candidates will have experience with both event and digital marketing, management experience, and a successful track record collaborating with sales team, senior management, and marketing throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and delivers campaigns to drive awareness and attendance at key conferences including messaging, creative, and delivery
  • Manages workflows, production schedule, and tracking of campaigns
  • Reports on program progress against defined metrics
  • Operates transparently and build relationships with all areas of the company
  • Develops strong partnerships within marketing, sales, and senior management to build consensus and align goals and activities

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing and event management
  • Strategic planning and budgetary experience, working with outside vendors
  • Ability to negotiate, create sponsorship packages and build relationships
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to interface effectively with executive management
  • Desire to thrive in rapid growth, fast-paced environment; ability to adapt well to change and act with urgency
  • A self-driven work ethic and model
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo
  • Bachelor's degree
