Foster Home Developer
Jonathan’s Place is seeking a Foster Home Developer for the RESET (Restoring and Educating Survivors to Empowerment and Transformation) Program. The Home Developer is responsible for assisting families in completing the licensing process and ensuring all requirements are met to ensure compliance with Minimum Standards.
The Home Developer position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities Include:
· Work with persons seeking to foster or adopt a child, including, but not limited to, completing home visits, home studies and pre-licensure/certification assessments
· Assist foster families with all pre-certification services
· Maintain appropriate documentation of pre-certification trainings
· Conduct interviews necessary to collect all needed data and to assist in determining the suitability for licensure and finding the most appropriate foster home for the child
· Compile a binder of all requirements, for review by the appropriate administrative personnel, prior to licensure/certification
· Assist with other duties as assigned, which may include. but not limited to, recruitment events, agency orientations, foster parent trainings, partner meetings
Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services or related field
· Experience in working within child welfare
· Knowledge of Minimum Standards
