Hotel Services Specialist

This is an exciting and critical position on the CTM North America Hotel Services team that is responsible for driving performance and optimizing CTM’s client hotel programs in North America. The Hotel Services Group is a pivotal customer and employee-facing team that deliver client hotel programs.  We work to achieve key objectives of optimizing spend, leveraging key properties and producing quantifiable savings and/or cost avoidance for their organizations.  The group must be good stewards of CTM revenue whenever possible, by negotiating commissionable raises that still offer savings; and/or working with account management to establish a value of service for which we can apply costing. 

The successful candidate must be a self-starter; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and negotiations simultaneously.  Must have superior communication, analytic and people skills. This will be a remote position. 


  • Client hotel project planning with Account Management team to ensure client programs are managed within designated program dates 

  • Analyze hotel rate trends & patterns  

  • Work with Sabre & Lanyon RFP Tools to maintain & create client hotel programs 

  • Negotiation of hotel pricing 

  • Ensure hotel programs are loaded in all channels (GDS, online) 

  • Conduct rate audits quarterly to ensure preferred rates are correct/bookable 

  • Maintain relationships with hotel partners  

  • Ensure hotel revenue is recorded for senior management 

  • Work with internal groups (QC, online, Booking builder)

  • Sabre 

  • Hotel experience preferred   

  • Familiar with Sabre & Lanyon RFP tools 

  • Proficient in project planning & time management  

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs (with Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook   and other analytic tools)
