Work From Home Dispatcher- Non Emergency Patient Transport

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional work from home dispatcher to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation services. This individual will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, managing patient and corporate client communications, and ensuring a smooth and timely transportation process

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule non emergency medical transportation for patients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and corporate clients
• Monitor and communicate with drivers to ensure on time pickups and drop offs
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
• Update and maintain transportation logs and records using dispatch software
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise
• Communicate changes or delays to clients and drivers promptly
• Maintain a high level of customer service and empathy, especially with patients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in customer service role, preferably in a medical or transportation setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Tech savvy with knowledge of dispatch software and standard office applications
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must have a quiet home office setup with a reliable internet connection
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical or transportation services is a plus

Work Schedule

• Remote, work from home position
• Full time or Part Time hours available based on clients need
