Driver Instructor (Columbus, OH Area) 🚗

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Driver Instructor to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area! This role focuses strictly on behind-the-wheel (BTW) instruction — no classroom teaching required.

Position Overview:
As a Driver Instructor, you will provide hands-on driving instruction to students, helping them build safe driving habits, confidence, and road readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behind-the-wheel driving sessions with students

• Evaluate driving performance and provide constructive feedback

• Ensure all instruction follows Ohio state safety and licensing standards

• Maintain a professional, patient, and supportive learning environment

• Track and report student progress accurately

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio Driver Instructor Certification (REQUIRED)

• Clean driving record

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Reliable and punctual

Preferred (Not Required):

• Access to a dual brake system vehicle
