Rentals Administrator
Point Sebago, a Cove Community Casco, ME Dependent on Experience

Point Sebago is currently looking to hire a Rentals Administrator to support our Rentals department. This is a full time (40 hours/week), year-round position. 


The right candidate must work well in a team environment and have strong organizational and communication skills. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and have basic accounting skills. Weekend work is required in peak season April -October.

Description of Duties:  

  • Keeping accurate records and creating reports for the various systems maintained by the Rentals/Housekeeping Department.
  • Tracking and coding Accounts Payable for Housekeeping and Rentals.
  • Supply/Inventory management.
  • Assisting in the management of the ownership rental program including the billing of items and services associated with it.
  • Dispatching as needed and handling incoming phone calls.
  • Assisting in the processing of bi-weekly payroll.
  • All other duties as assigned.


This position reports to the Rentals Manager.
