• State Inspections: Perform thorough Virginia State Safety and Emissions inspections in full compliance with state regulations.

• General Repair & Diagnostics: Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine diagnostics.

• Transparent Communication: Provide clear, honest explanations of findings to our customers to ensure they are informed and safe on the road.

• Quality Control: Ensure all repairs and inspections meet our high standards for safety and reliability.

• VA Certified Inspector: You must hold a valid Virginia State Safety and Emissions Inspector license.

• Mechanical Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician. You should be comfortable working on various makes and models.

• Professionalism: A commitment to integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with shop management software—experience with Protractor is a major plus!

• Tools: Possession of your own tools is required.
