Housekeeping Administrative Support/Dispatch – Prince Resort
Day Shift, Full-Time, $15/hrJob Description: You will ensure all housekeeping related work orders have been assigned to the housekeeping team accordingly. Following up on new and current job orders is required to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Keeping an organized system of work orders and needed supplies is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatch all guest calls promptly
- Print arrivals and departures
- Follow-up on all early check-ins/move rooms
- Assist in inventory counts
- Opening and closing procedures, making daily housekeeper boards.
- Monitor/update rooms in Fetch software system throughout the day
- Keep track and log all lost and found
- Works closely with Maintenance and FD, good communication skills
- Clear all boards and sections
- Maintain/ stock a clean office
Requirements -
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Clerical experience in an office setting is preferred; Hospitality office experience is a plus
