Packing Department - Night Shift Lead

Cincinnati, OH Full-time $25.00/hour
Sixteen Bricks is looking for a Night Shift Lead to support the PM Production Manager in overseeing nightly packing operations within our commercial bakery manufacturing facility. This role helps lead the packing team, ensures bread products are packed accurately and efficiently, and supports smooth shift operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the PM Production Manager with nightly packing department operations

  • Help lead, train, and support packing team members during the shift

  • Ensure breads are packed accurately, labeled correctly, and prepared to company standards

  • Monitor workflow to maintain productivity, quality, and on-time completion

  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

  • Address operational issues as they arise and communicate concerns appropriately

  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, sanitation, and warehouse teams

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience required

  • Food production or bakery experience preferred

  • Prior leadership experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

  • HACCP, SQF, PCQI, or similar food safety training is a plus

Compensation:

  • $25.00+ an hour

  • Paid holidays
  • PTO accrual
