Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding service, and the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, and late hours.
  • Location: in office (Fairfield, NJ)
