National Director of Business Development – Post-Acute Healthcare
A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking a National Director of Business Development to drive expansion within the post-acute and long-term care markets across the United States.
This executive-level role is designed for a proven healthcare growth leader with direct experience selling clinical service models into Skilled Nursing Facilities, senior living operators, and post-acute healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate has successfully built national pipelines, secured multi-state partnerships, and understands the operational realities of long-term care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national business development strategy focused on post-acute and long-term care markets
- Identify, engage, and close partnerships with Skilled Nursing operators, regional chains, and enterprise healthcare groups
- Drive revenue growth through strategic expansion initiatives and high-value contracts
- Lead market penetration efforts across new geographic regions
- Build and manage a national pipeline of qualified healthcare partnerships
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and executive-level meetings
- Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior-level business development or sales leadership experience within healthcare services
- Demonstrated experience selling into Skilled Nursing Facilities, post-acute operators, or long-term care organizations required
- Proven track record of securing large, multi-state healthcare partnerships
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, provider networks, and reimbursement dynamics
- Experience working with executive-level decision-makers in healthcare organizations
- Willingness to travel nationally
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
