Our Occupational Therapist provides the following:

Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.

Clinical Setting:

• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Sub-Acute

Job Type: Per-Diem

Shift: M-F, Weekends as needed

Salary: $38-$40 per hour
