Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for a twelve week period.  The PTA is responsible for administering physical therapy treatment interventions guided by a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist and as ordered by a Physician. Physical Therapist Assistant participates with a Physical Therapist in developing treatment programs for therapy patients.  This is a temporary twelve week position which requires one weekend shift per month.

Job Requirements

• Associates Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant school.
• Maintains a current Louisiana State PTA License
  
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages are desirable.
• Basic computer knowledge.
