Primary responsibility of the Housekeeper involves the upkeep of each apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal.  The housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff as directed in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Clean office, clubroom, and restrooms on a daily basis
  • Clean and maintain models and amenities on a daily basis
  • Clean all vacant apartments as directed by Manager or Supervisor on a daily basis
  • Keep vacancies fresh and clean
  • Perform additional duties requested by Manager or Supervisor
