Job Title: Top Box Technician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay:

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total

Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)

TOP BOX Technicians build complete HVAC housing units, combining framing, electrical, interior/exterior finish, and metal roofing into a finished modular product.

What You’ll Do

• Frame HVAC enclosures using metal studs

• Install electrical components and lighting

• Perform interior and exterior finishing

• Install metal roofing systems

• Ensure completed units meet quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

 • Experience in one or more trades preferred

 • Ability to read blueprints

• Strong attention to quality and detail

 • Team-oriented mindset
