At Stonehill Communities, you build relationships with our residents while providing resident services in a variety of duties within our household setting. Positions are scheduled in 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. The 4-hour and 8-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist the residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating, and toileting in accordance with the established standards and procedures. Also, providing maintenance and restorative care services to the residents as scheduled such as special hygiene, repositioning, toileting, and equipment servicing such as catheters and wheelchairs. Maintaining related daily care and documents on each resident, and other duties that are necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MUST complete Nurse Aide Course and pass testing requirements to become a CNA within 4 Months
  • Passion for helping others
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete required in-service training requirements
