FT CNA Weekend Package - Premium Wage

We are currently looking for a CNA interested in working weekends. The hours are 6a-2p/2p-10p Saturday and Sunday. That gives you 32 hours - full time. You have the option of picking up other shifts as well throughout the week. Weekend Package offers a higher rate of pay for those weekend hours in addition to the shift differential! You must commit to working every weekend as this will be your regular schedule for the week.

CNAs are responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents as directed by the unit charge nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or designee. CNAs will be responsible for helping residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom and feeding. CNAs are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the unit charge nurse.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Read, write and comprehend English fluently

Satisfactory completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant course required

Certified nursing assistant certificate required

Valid and current on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry through the Department of Inspection and Appeals

Post offer employment physical, drug screen, TB test and background check are required
