Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the hotel’s HR department by assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact for staff inquiries, helps foster a positive workplace culture, and collaborates with department leaders to support staffing needs and employee engagement initiatives. Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and commitment to confidentiality are essential to this role.

Essential Job Functions and Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead onboarding new employees in administering new hire paperwork, issuing uniforms, nametags and data entry into the payroll system.
· Conducted new hire orientation meetings, introducing team members to hotel standards and instilling a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
· Supported recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping attract talent aligned with the hotel’s service standards and culture.
· Support employee housing through coordinating the welcome process, assisting with weekly housing inspections and employee experience.
· Support employee team building and recognition opportunities.
· Maintain department records and reports
· Maintain departmental resources for team on public SharePoint database
· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications Required:

- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid US Driver’s license and vehicle
