Job Description: Clinical Marketing Liaison

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Marketing Liaison to join our team at Heartland Country Village, a sweet and charming 40-bed healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient referrals, increasing facility census, leading community engagement efforts, and leveraging digital marketing to enhance brand awareness. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who excels in building relationships, spearheading marketing initiatives, and fostering a strong community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate Patient Referrals for Admission

    • Assess and review patient referrals to ensure they meet the facility’s admission criteria clinically and financially. 

    • Collaborate with medical teams to determine patient suitability and create seamless transition plans for new admissions.

  2. Census Building

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase the census of the 40-bed facility.

    • Identify new referral sources and maintain relationships with existing partners to maximize patient admissions.

  3. Lead and Coordinate Community Marketing Events

    • Plan, organize, and lead community events to showcase the facility’s services and promote brand recognition.

    • Coordinate with local organizations and to foster partnerships that drive community participation.

  4. Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness

    • Utilize social media platforms, the facility’s website, and other digital channels to boost facility visibility and engagement.

    • Create and manage content that highlights services, success stories, and community involvement.

  5. Collaboration with Physicians and Medical Partners

    • Work closely with physicians and medical professionals to develop clinical programs that enhance the facility’s service offerings.

    • Build and maintain relationships that support patient referrals and program growth.

  6. Internal Customer Service and Marketing Campaigns

    • Design and implement internal marketing and customer service initiatives to enhance patient and staff satisfaction.

    • Foster a culture of excellence and promote positive experiences within the facility.

  7. Community Representation

    • Serve as the familiar and trusted face of the facility in the community.

    • Build trust and recognition through consistent community engagement and visibility.

  8. Participation in Community Groups and Networking Events

    • Actively participate in local groups, associations, and networking events to expand the facility’s reach.

    • Strengthen partnerships and promote the facility as a key community healthcare resource.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare marketing or clinical liaison role.

  • Strong background in patient admissions, census development, and community outreach.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community members.

  • Experience in coordinating events and leading marketing campaigns.

  • Active engagement in local community activities and professional networks.
