This person will be focused on creating and implementing overall marketing strategy and content for Allied Real Estate advisors, properties, clients and overall company branding. This role will work in tandem with the VP of operations, the marketing team, the leadership team and all real estate advisors.

 

Job Responsibilities

·       Create and implement marketing plans and email campaigns for each of the Allied properties.

·       Create content and communications calendar to establish regular communications cadence on a monthly and quarterly basis to various target markets.

·       Create and publish blogs for Allied website with focus on innovative, interesting content based on market intel.

·       Demonstrate areas of expertise in marketing, public relations, graphic design, photography, videography, and social media vendor management.

·       Track and present all data analytics from the marketing campaigns to advisors and clients. 

·       Plan promotional property, company and client events as needed. This includes creating all necessary collateral for events, budgeting, hiring vendors and day of event hosting.

·       Manage all social media outlets and ensure consistent message and brand throughout.

·       Oversee and edit all web content on alliedre.com.

·       Create property websites and general video and audio snippets for social media outlets, properties and Allied branding materials.

·       Participate in new business development presentations and pitches.

·       Stay ahead of developing trends and market intel.

·       Work with real estate advisors and Market Research Analyst to design and edit quarterly market research reports.

·       Design all marketing collateral including but not limited to; proposals, flyers, brochures, and presentation materials in Adobe programs.

·       Write clear and concise content for Allied brand and clients across all mediums.

·       Develop relationships and work with relevant business publications such as Columbus Business First, to further promote Allied properties and clients.

·       Provide daily administrative data entry into necessary programs including but not limited to all property listing databases (Catalyst, CoStar, Officespace.com) as part of new listing or project process.

·       Complete special projects as requested that promote the overall success of company clients and operations.

·        Represent the company to the best of your ability and in accordance with the core values of Allied.


 

Preferred Experience

 

·       Two to five years’ previous marketing, project management, or other relevant real estate experience.

·       Two to five years’ previous design, social media, branding and/or graphic design experience.

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or another related field.

·       Experience building campaigns from scratch and improving existing campaigns.

·       Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.

·       Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

·       Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

·       Excellent creative, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

·       General knowledge of commercial real estate terms and procedures.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, web design, Adobe programs, etc.
