Member Service Representative (Teller & Account Services)

This is a full-service frontline role where you’ll assist members in-branch and by phone, process transactions, open accounts, and recommend solutions that support financial well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately

• Open, close, and maintain consumer accounts

• Assist members in-branch and by phone

• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and digital services

• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day procedures

• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and credit union policies

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, team-oriented mindset

• Prior teller, retail banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
