Personal Assistant


SH management is looking to hire a personal assistant to work in the Greater Phoenix area.

The duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Run errands as requested e.g. car maintenance. 
  • Can provide housekeeping services like laundry, clean shoes, purses, iron clothes, etc.
  • Able to pick up lunch or anything that is needed.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation


  • 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant preferred but not required
  • Ability to provide letters of reference from former employers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Reliable transportation
