SH management is looking to hire a personal assistant to work in the Greater Phoenix area.
The duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Run errands as requested e.g. car maintenance.
- Can provide housekeeping services like laundry, clean shoes, purses, iron clothes, etc.
- Able to pick up lunch or anything that is needed.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Qualifications
- 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant preferred but not required
- Ability to provide letters of reference from former employers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Reliable transportation
