We are hiring Assistant General Managers and General Managers
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work 50 to 55 hours per week.
The ideal candidate must have a Positive Attitude, Leadership Skills, Strong Attention to Detail, Professional Demeanor, Be Guest Focused, Have Excellent Communication Skills and a Genuine Passion for Pleasing People. Pay rates are competitive and generous for qualified candidates. Employees receive tips on top of their pay. Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Job Details:
Supports and assists in the overall operation of the restaurant.
Works within their restaurant to produce positive sales growth by teaching suggestive selling techniques to staff members.
Assists in hiring and training new staff members.
Conducts daily food quality audits as per Tropical Grille requirements.
Ensures all DHEC food quality regulations and procedures are followed.
Assists in the preparation for DHEC and Corporate Inspections.
Must be able to run shifts and follow closing procedures.
Coaches and counsels all team members and is responsible for training and developing their team to the expected Tropical Grille performance levels
Experience:
Restaurant Business: 1-2 years (Required)
Customer Service/Cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
Education and other requirements:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Must have some Computer skills, and must be able to use Excel Software.
