Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to company standards
Change bed linens and make beds properly
Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and surfaces
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Replenish guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
Remove trash and dirty linens
Report maintenance issues or damaged items
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Respond politely to guest requests
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for long periods
Basic communication skills
