RN Clinical Manager

Introduction:

We are seeking an organized and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to join our team and provide clinical support and guidance to our residents. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for working with residents to identify their needs and goals, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure progress. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Work with residents to identify their needs and goals, including conducting assessments and gathering relevant information
• Develop and implement care plans to help residents achieve their goals, including coordinating with other service providers as needed
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure progress, including conducting follow-up meetings and check-ins
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with personnel to ensure that services can be maintained to meet the needs of the residents.  Supervise unit staff such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

 Shift Requirements: 

• Full time; 40 hours per week
• On call rotation every 8^th weekend
