As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Health Care Partners of South Carolina, you’ll be more than a point of contact—you’ll be a lifeline for patients who depend on timely, affordable access to their medications. Every day, you’ll listen with empathy, solve problems with care, and guide patients through prescription refills, insurance challenges, and cost-saving programs like 340B. Your work will help remove barriers to treatment, build trust, and ensure that no one in our community has to choose between their health and their budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist patients in person and by phone with prescription refills, new orders, and medication questions.

Coordinate with pharmacists, providers, and insurers to resolve coverage or authorization issues.

Educate patients on medication access programs, including 340B.

Maintain accurate records in pharmacy software and EHR systems while protecting patient privacy.

Experience / Skills

Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service (FQHC or 340B experience a plus).

Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to better serve our diverse patient community.

Ability to explain complex information in a clear, compassionate way.


Education/Certification/Licensure:

HS Diploma / GED
