The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Campus Manager to provide leadership and administrative oversight across our continuum of care — from long-term care and rehabilitation to assisted and independent living.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role that ensures daily operations run smoothly, staffing levels remain balanced, and the experience for residents, families, and employees reflects the values of our organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee campus-wide operations during assigned shifts, ensuring quality, safety, and teamwork.

  • Partner with nursing and non-nursing departments to maintain optimal staffing levels.

  • Lead and mentor staff, supporting performance growth, accountability, and engagement.

  • Serve as the acting administrator after hours, providing guidance and decision-making authority.

  • Respond to and resolve operational issues with professionalism and sound judgment.

  • Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.

  • Foster communication among residents, families, and employees — building trust and consistency.

  • Collaborate with department heads on hiring, onboarding, and staff development.

  • Promote compliance with all organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, Nursing, or related field required.

  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with diplomacy and calm under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CMS, state, and federal regulations preferred.
