Assistant Teacher

As an Assistant Teacher at TLC, your role is to help create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. You will play a crucial part in supporting lead teachers, implementing engaging activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young learners. Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children, including providing emotional and physical support

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of the classroom you are teaching

• Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions

• Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of our children

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education

• Other duties as assigned
