Guest Service Agent

The Staybridge Suites is looking for a front desk agent who is available to work both 7-3pm and 3-11pm, this person must be able to multi-task, create a "welcome home" feel for our guests and be a team player. You will need to be willing to assist with guest issues with professionalism while maintaining a hospitable attitude. I need someone who can pay attention to detail and ask questions when something doesn't look right.

This position is Full time (32-40 hours). I would like for applicants to have at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience. Please submit a resume and tell me a little about yourself.  This is not a Monday - Friday position, some weekend availability is a must, along with some holiday.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Checking Guests In and Out
  • Making reservations in person and on phone
  • Assigning rooms based on availability and guest preference
  • Make guests feel at home
  • Handle all guest complaints & requests in a timely manner
  • Collect payment from in-house guests and arrivals
  • This is a brief summary of daily functions
