What You’ll Do
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Take meal orders and serve food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Set and clear tables; maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with dishwashing and dining room upkeep as needed
- Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
What You Bring
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
