Caregiver/Home Health Aide - Phoenix / Tucson

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those in need of memory care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients, utilizing proper lifting techniques
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Document client information accurately in medical records

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is a plus
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and ability to take accurate vital signs
