Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary: The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial statements for external and internal stakeholders. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and provides critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial reporting professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
