Position Summary:
The Busser supports the dining room and hibachi grill experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment. This role ensures guest tables, grill stations, and service areas are reset quickly and efficiently to create a smooth flow of service and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and hibachi grill stations promptly between seatings

  • Assist servers and chefs with guest needs, including water service, dish removal, and delivery of supplies

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, floors, and restrooms throughout the shift

  • Refill ice bins, sauces, plate ware, napkins, and other service items as needed

  • Properly handle, sort, and transport dishes, glassware, and trash to dish and disposal areas

  • Support team members during high-volume periods to ensure efficient table turns

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Strong sense of urgency and teamwork

  • Ability to lift and carry trays, bus tubs, and supplies (up to ~40 lbs)

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
