The Zinus eCommerce Demand Planners are experts who ensure we drive a healthy business for our customers and Zinus. We primary function is to provide support for our account management and supply chain management teams.

Position Description

Demand Planners will report to the Director of eCommerce and are responsible for managing inventory, planning and forecasting for high-growth, complex accounts. Agility is required as you identify retail trends and synthesize information from multiple touch points providing financial plans and business solutions with the customer perspective first. A summary of select responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develops and manages demand plans for their business.
  • Creates and manages financial forecast for their business, identifying headwinds and tailwinds that will impact sales.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners such as account management, supply chain management, finance & marketing teams.
  • Partners with supply chain team in developing inventory strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or related field or 4 years of experience in business, retail or related field

Additional Preferred Qualifications

4 years of proven experience in key account merchandise planning

1-2 years of experience managing a budget
