As a Marketing Director at POLA Marketing, you will play a key role in leading a marketing team and driving strategic initiatives to achieve measurable results. You will be responsible for balancing strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution, leading a high-performing team focused on delivering value. This position requires a strong background in advertising, marketing, client relations, client management, and data management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• (5-8) years of professional experience in advertising, marketing, client relations, and client management
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable results through marketing initiatives
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution
• Strong leadership skills - ability to foster a high-performing, engaged team of professionals focused on driving value for the marketing department
• Knowledge of data structures, systems, and BI tools related to marketing data management
• Portfolio of works demonstrating advertising campaigns of varying size and complexity incorporating various channels and formats, including video, print, social, and digital
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to achieve measurable results
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals
• Foster strong client relationships and effectively manage client accounts
• Utilize data management tools and systems to analyze marketing data and drive insights
• Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various channels and formats
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts
