Wolfgang Confectioners currently has an opening for a Maintenance Line Lead on 1st shift in our Loganville facility.

The Maintenance Line Lead is responsible for equipment reliability and daily response utilizing best practices and demonstrating expert technical skills. They will assist in developing programs and work toward predictive activities to support the needs of a growing organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accountable for the areas assigned and will coordinate activities with line centric team to meet the performance goals. Supports Wolfgang's lean process.

Communicates defects and solutions daily at appropriate meeting.

Develops a weekly report, updating critical equipment evaluations, defects by craft, reactive vs. preventative work in the past week.

Completes two RCA’s monthly detailing the two most significant breakdowns.

Drives continuous improvement in the operation by fostering a continuous improvement mindset.

Evaluates preventative maintenance with the goal of moving to predictive and prescribed maintenance.

Focuses on optimizing maintenance activities, with focus on running time activities.

Trains and mentors operators and line SME’s.

Establishes detailed start up and shut down procedures.

Works with the maintenance planner and scheduling department, establishing optimum times for work to be completed with minimal down time.

Ensures equipment reliability and always in a ready run state.

Supports the safety mission

Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

Experience, Competencies and Education

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.

·         Must have basic computer skills

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills
