About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing, nurturing, and onboarding top caregiving talent. This is more than just sales — it's about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and supporting the delivery of high-quality home care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and engage leads daily to build strong, lasting relationships.

  • Reconnect with past caregivers to generate consistent, high-quality referrals.

  • Maintain a steady pipeline by submitting new referrals monthly.

  • Attend and contribute to all scheduled sales, marketing, and agency meetings.

  • Network effectively with support coordinators and insurance case managers to expand referral sources.

  • Manage the caregiver onboarding process:

    • Facilitate online/in-person applications.

    • Collect and verify employment documents.

    • Schedule orientations and required medical screenings (PPD, Chest X-ray, Blood tests).

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in ZOHO CRM, ensuring daily updates and detailed notes.

  • Negotiate pay rates and benefits within company guidelines to secure top talent.

  • Consistently uphold professional, ethical standards aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and persuasive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a related business role.

  • Proven track record of lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.

  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

  • Comfortable with asking for business and closing opportunities.

  • Proficient in computer systems and CRM platforms (experience with ZOHO is a plus).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience in public speaking and delivering persuasive presentations.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
