Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC (AMC) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of OneStream (CPM) solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of project management principles and technical expertise in CPM tools, specifically OneStream. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, experience managing complex, multi-phase projects, and a passion for driving business performance improvement through technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end OneStream implementations for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Optimize resource allocation, avoiding bottlenecks and ensuring the project team operates efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring consistent alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, technical consultants, and specialists, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead regular project status meetings, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and challenges while maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and address project issues swiftly, escalating as necessary to ensure project continuity.
  • Evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future implementations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, documenting lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that the project is delivered within the financial constraints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in implementing OneStream or similar CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, etc.).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex software implementations from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CPM processes such as financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of OneStream or other CPM tools, including integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex project challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OneStream OCA or OCP Certification
  • Certified Scrum Master  (CSM)

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
