Room Attendant

About the Role

Join our team as a Room Attendant and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest. Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and other areas of the hotel, as well as performing tasks such as assisting in laundry and with inventory maintenance. The successful candidate will show strong attention to detail and be able to work well in a fast-paced workplace.

Your work helps make our hotel feel like a home away from home — and ensures guests leave with a positive experience.

What You’ll Do

• Clean guest rooms and assigned areas to standards
• Replace linens, refresh bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies
• Maintain cleaning carts and supplies in an organized, tidy manner
• Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor promptly
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, helpful way
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Support the housekeeping team with additional duties as needed
