Order Fulfillment in E-Commerce
A great, home decor company in Vernon, CA is seeking a reliable and experienced Order Fulfillment associate. The ideal candidate will have a background in E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service and e-commerce background.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot e-commerce systems when needed
- Experience with drop shipping orders for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Overstock and more
- Experience with UPS and FedEx Shipping
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with management and customers via email, phone or in person
- Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
- Must know how to do Pivot Tables, VLookup and formulas in Excel.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Seller Cloud experience a PLUS
Requirements:
• E-Commerce: 2 year (Preferred)
• Shipping: 1 year (Required)
