Shift Lead

Position: Team Lead
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time

About the Role:
As a Team Lead at Go Greek Yogurt, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily store operations. You’ll lead by example, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong people skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in delivering friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

• Guide and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide guests with samples, product information, and recommendations to increase sales.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of fresh fruits and toppings following food safety standards.

• Ensure yogurt machines, kitchen areas, restrooms, and the general store are clean and well-maintained.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and restocking as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices a plus.

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Dependable, mature, and motivated to grow within the Go Greek Yogurt brand.
