E-Commerce & Digital Inventory Specialist

At Prolific Arms, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital

Inventory Specialist to streamline our online presence and inventory operations. You will play a

key role in ensuring our product listings are accurate, engaging, and synchronized across

multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company website, including ad creation and content adjustments.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, utilizing creative approaches to engage

customers.

• Manage firearm inventory listings across platforms such as GunBroker, Guns.com, and

Armslist, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Capture high-quality product photos and upload them to our POS system (CoreStore) and

all sales platforms, ensuring a consistent online presentation.

• Review CoreStore daily to identify sold inventory and promptly remove listings from all

platforms to prevent double-selling.

Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms or website management.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems, ideally POS systems like CoreStore.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic photography skills or willingness to learn (for product images).

• Marketing or email campaign experience is a plus.

• A passion for accuracy and ensuring listings reflect real-time inventory.
