• Weekday schedule (hours based on route)

  ***EBENSBURG LOCATION

• Load and empty residential and commercial waste/recycling containers

• Work alongside driver on rear load trucks

• Assist driver with backing and route navigation

• Operate automated/semi-automated lifting equipment

• Follow assigned routes, work orders, and daily instructions

• Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and customers

• Ensure containers are properly returned and not obstructing property or traffic

• Report safety concerns, delays, or service issues

• Use company tablets and systems to complete work orders

• Stay aware of weather and road conditions

• Attend required trainings and safety meetings

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma required

• Waste industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safety and service standards

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor (bending, twisting, repetitive motion)

• Safety-sensitive position subject to DOT drug testing (including marijuana)

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and varying environments

• Must handle company and customer information professionally
